Position Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to ensure our products meet quality standards, customer expectations, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze nearly finished product samples daily for quality, durability, safety, and compliance with specifications.
  • Evaluate materials, work environment, and components during production through testing.
  • Inspect and test incoming and outgoing products for quality conformance.
  • Document QA practices, data, inventory, and actions accurately.
  • Ensure products meet federal, state, and local regulations throughout production.
  • Communicate issues to management and suggest corrective actions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Physical endurance to stand for long periods.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
