Job summary

EVONA is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate to join our space and aerospace technology team in Austin. You will work hands-on across manufacturing quality, inspection, metrology, calibration, nonconformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement within a high-reliability engineering environment.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing quality or related fields and familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001, GD&T, and inspection equipment. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing quality, metrology, or failure analysis.
• Aerospace, electronics, defense, automotive, or similarly regulated manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with CMMs, metrology arms, Keyence systems, or similar inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, specifications, and work instructions.
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and nonconformance resolution.
• PC/J-STD certifications are advantageous.
