Job summary

Defense Contract Management Agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (NH-03) to ensure government and contractor quality control compliance. The role requires applying the full range of QA principles and investigating defective materials to determine root causes.

Candidates will establish process measurement points, use statistical techniques to analyze data, and drive corrective actions with contractors to continuously improve processes and overall quality.

Qualifications

• Applying the full range of principles, concepts, and methodologies related to the quality assurance functional programs.
• Establishing process measurement points and statistical techniques/methods to measure, analyze, and continuously improve processes.
• Applying process-related practices, methods and techniques such as statistical analysis; control and sampling; process proofing; and quality data analysis, in order to evaluate Government and contractor data and determine contractor compliance with the many aspects of quality control.
• Performing investigations of defective material for cause and corrective action and initiate process improvements with the contractor as needed.
