Quality Assurance Analyst

Ready to grow your data management skills with a growing company? At Uline, our products keep businesses moving. As a Quality Assurance Analyst on our Product Data Management team, you’ll help ensure our systems and tools work exactly as they should to support our internal teams and our customers!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build and run test plans to make sure product Merchandising system updates work properly.

  • Partner with IT and business teams to conduct system testing on everything from front-end features to behind-the-scenes updates.

  • Review current quality assurance processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

  • Learn how Uline’s product data systems work so you can confidently test new tools.

  • Support end users by answering questions and helping them get the most out of the system.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Relevant internship or work experience a plus.

  • Experience with writing SQL statements and the STEP application is a plus.

  • Eager to learn new techniques to advance your skills and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
