LeaseTrack allows you and your team to manage your renters insurance compliance, stay informed, and communicate with your residents in real-time. LeaseTrack is an artificial intelligence (AI) system for hire. We automate compliance with your renters insurance requirement without changing your existing renters insurance program or property management software.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for the creation, execution, and documentation of tests to identify issues with software development prior to its promotion to the production environment. This includes the design of test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures as well as the documentation of defects using a bug tracking system. The QA Analyst will identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, User Interface, or content.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated) based on software requirements and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with Developers, Business analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and technical specifications.

  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

  • Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure quality is built into products from the start.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.

Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience considered.

  • 1+ years of experience in QA testing or a related IT field.

  • Insurance knowledge and experience a plus.

  • Experience testing, documenting, and tracking code development in Azure DevOps preferred.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

  • Understanding of relational databases and basic database querying.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with good time-management skills

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
