Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to learn and understand testing automation.

Responsibilities

• Work within an embedded Scrum team collaborating with developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Conduct test planning, design, scripting, and manual test execution throughout the test life cycle.
• Use test methodologies that ensure exhaustive and comprehensive testing against established acceptance criteria.
• Proactively monitor program performance after implementation using Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace to prevent recurring problems.
• Create or modify scripts to analyze or extract data for data validation and issue resolution.
• Follow and support documented QA processes to ensure high-quality testing.
• Troubleshoot, document, and assist in root cause analysis for defects using a bug tracking system.
• Be willing to learn and understand testing automation.
