Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a QA-focused professional to provide routine technical support across documentation, training, compliance, product release, and scheduling. You will collect, review, and analyze data while making independent decisions according to written procedures.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of QA experience, experience reviewing BPRs, and strong organizational and communication skills. Opportunities to supervise or train staff may be available within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• QA II: minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• QA III: minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• QA work experience, experience reviewing BPRs
• Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, detail oriented
