Actalent is hiring Quality Specialists / Analysts for a regenerative medicine laboratory and manufacturing environment in Dayton, OH. This desk‑based role focuses on documentation review, CAPA management, deviation tracking, and regulatory compliance to ensure products meet strict quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a scientific background and at least 6 months of regulated industry experience, with exposure to cGMP, QMS, and lot release activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory, manufacturing, quality, or other highly regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Review batch production records and manufacturing documentation for product lot release.
• Coordinate and track CAPAs, NCRs, and deviation records with timely completion and follow‑up.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, and problem solving for quality events and improvements.
