Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a newly established QA team. You will develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual testing strategies across enterprise products and services.

You will build automated test cases, improve QA frameworks, optimize test environments, and ensure comprehensive system testing and code coverage, collaborating with technology partners to automate where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Financial services testing experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Analyst or Tester experience.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
• Knowledge of SDLC and various testing techniques including system testing.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a backlog of automated quality test cases.
• Review and improve automation frameworks and tech stacks.
• Document automation architecture and processes.
• Lead or participate in QA testing meetings.
• Develop and maintain traceability testing matrix and test environments; coordinate with tech partners to automate testing.
• Support broader bank products and services through QA activities.
