Anchor Coupling Inc., a wholly-owned Caterpillar Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst. You will evaluate customer returns, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Responsibilities include reviewing control plans and FMEAs, performing quality audits, and supporting NPI and CPI initiatives. The role requires the ability to read blueprints, strong written communication, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Anchor Coupling Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc.), you will work with QA Manager to evaluate customer returns and determine root cause/correction action to resolve and prevent future occurrences. Ensures compliance to the quality systems program by analyzing and solving quality problems, preparing inspection plans and instruction, selecting sampling plan applications, preparing procedures, performing quality audits, analyzing quality costs and other quality data, and applying fundamental statistical methods for process control. Will participate in cross-functional teams involved in NPI (New Product Introduction) and CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) projects. Will act as representative from the quality department on APQP/PPAP issues.

Summary Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.90
