Qualifications

• Experience creating test cases from business or policy requirements.
• 3+ years with Sahi Pro or Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and QA tools.

The Quality Assurance Analyst - Advanced is responsible for supporting critical healthcare technology systems by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and automation scripts. This role ensures the quality and reliability of enterprise solutions related to enrollment, eligibility, document management, and workflows through thorough testing and defect management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA processes.
• Perform smoke, integration, end-to-end, regression, and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and automation scripts.
• Track defects, report issues, and support resolution with project teams.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent QA experience.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
• Experience creating test cases from business or policy requirements.
• 3+ years with Sahi Pro or Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and QA tools.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in healthcare or Medicaid systems.
• Knowledge of X12 / HIPAA EDI transactions.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile environments.

Special Considerations:

• Work is fully onsite in Columbia, SC.

Scheduling:

• 40 hours per week.
