You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our custom-built applications across industries like insurance, finance, and government. This is a hands-on role focused on manual testing, with opportunities to grow your skills in automation and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test plans based on business and system requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools.
• Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate functionality.
• Maintain test documentation, user guides, and release notes.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and sprint planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software QA or manual testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
• Solid SQL skills for backend data validation.
• Experience with tools like Loop, Datadog, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Teams, SharePoint, and SDLC best practices.
