Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in North Carolina is seeking a Process Quality Assurance professional to oversee daily electrical function checks, fit and finish accuracy, and defect management in the final finish department of our production line. You will ensure safety procedures, maintain proper paperwork, manage overtime, train new associates, and work to minimize waste while upholding quality standards across all boats.

• Oversee the use, upkeep, return, and placement of all tools provided.
• Oversee training of all new associates using the “Buddy system” and other training tools.
• Manage materials and supplies to maximize use and reduce waste.
