Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Process Quality Operator in a hands-on role based in El Paso, TX. You will perform quality inspections and process checks to ensure safety and product quality, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives alongside production teams.

You will contribute to resolving manufacturing issues, following established procedures, and maintaining compliance with the quality management system.

Job description

We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Quality Operator to help us deliver products that meet the highest safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to continuous improvement every day.

What will you do?
  • Conduct quality inspections and process checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying risks and participating in corrective action plans
  • Work closely with production and procurement teams to resolve manufacturing issues and prevent defects
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality management system compliance

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $17.50 - $24.03 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
