Staffmark Group is seeking a Quality Associate in Urbana, Ohio to protect the production process by inspecting, measuring, and approving outputs to ensure they meet specifications.

The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts (1st or 2nd) with a 3-on/4-off pattern, training from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and a pay rate of $18.00 to $19.20 per hour. Candidates should have manufacturing or production experience and an eye for detail to support high-quality finished products.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Quality inspection experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsabilités

• Inspect plastic injection-molded food containers as they come off the production press
• Perform 100% quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Pack products according to work order instructions
• Monitor product quality and notify supervisors of any defects
• Stack and prepare finished product for shipment
• Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned

Location: Urbana, OH

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.20 per hour

Schedules:

• 1st Shift OR 2nd Shift
• 12-hour rotating schedule
• Work 3 days one week + 4 days the next week
• Training schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Experience Requirements
