Staffmark Group in Brookville, OH is seeking an Inspection Associate to inspect rubber and plastic automotive components for quality and defects, and ensure each finished part meets customer expectations before leaving the facility.

This role offers $15.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM - 3:45 PM) and potential overtime or weekend work. Comprehensive benefits and weekly pay provide solid support for your career growth.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, inspection, or warehouse experience is a plus


• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards


• Basic math skills required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift


• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment


• Strong attention to detail and quality


• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required


• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
