Mettler Toledo in Oakland, CA is seeking a Level II Quality Associate to perform routine inspections per procedures and to act independently using drawings to choose tools. You will communicate status and take action to resolve quality issues, while watching for risks around your area.
The role requires a high school diploma and several years of related inspection experience, proficiency with measuring equipment, and strong English communication.
A Level II Quality Associate is competent in all of the skills needed to conduct all the types of routine inspections required for the assigned area according to procedures, as well as acting independently using drawings to identify the tools to be used. The Level II Associate shows judgement and responsibility in knowing when to reject, how to communicate status and take immediate action on their own. A Level II Associate is always watchful for quality risks around them and takes action even when outside their normal inspection duties. The individual MAY be cross trained to work in multiple assignment areas.
