Job summary

Canventa Life Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Quality Associate to join our team. You will help ensure the quality and reliability of our biological products through analytical testing, QC assays, and lot release activities, contributing to batch records, material disposition, and CoA documentation.

Typical shifts are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm PST, with hours subject to business needs. You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to resolve issues, support equipment qualification,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences field.
• 1–2 years of biotechnology experience; cellular biology experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, GLP, GDP.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC release assays, including cell count, viability, purity, sterility checks, and sample preparation for viral testing
• Review batch records, support material disposition, and coordinate lot release and shipment activities
• Prepare, review, and maintain CoAs, quality metrics, and controlled documentation in accordance with SOPs
• Support equipment qualification, product validation, deviations, investigations, change controls, and corrective and preventive action activities
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve quality issues, improve workflows, and maintain product quality standards
• Prioritize and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high-quality standard

As a Quality Associate, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our biological products through analytical testing, quality control (QC) assays, and lot release activities. You will contribute to batch record reviews, material disposition, shipment coordination, and quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoAs). Duties and Responsibilities
