Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a quality assurance professional to join our Flora site. You will help maintain high quality in services, testing products, and operations, and support the development of quality standards for our business processes.

The role emphasizes ISO 9001, QMS, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have 1–2 years in QA, a related bachelor's degree, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience in a lab setting is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of quality standards like ISO 9001 and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and a good understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team and coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
  • Strong skills in documentation and record keeping.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with quality software.
  • Awareness of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
  • Willingness to go through an on-the-job training and learn new quality assurance techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining, monitoring and ensuring the highest quality in services, products and operations at QLAB.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality standards, guidelines and procedures for business operations.
  • Conduct routine testing and analysis of samples to ensure they meet criteria and quality standards.
  • Prepare test reports for formulated samples and maintain corresponding documentation.
  • Support quality improvement by suggesting changes to testing procedures and systems.
  • Assist in conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
  • Help manage non-conformities and root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs on quality standards and protocols.
  • Maintain QMS documentation like ISO certificates and accreditation documents.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and apply learnings to improve processes.

YOUR TASKS
  • Assist in maintaining, monitoring and ensuring the highest quality in services, products and operations at QLAB.
