Job summary

Eaton's Fibrebond team in Minden, LA is seeking a Quality Assistant to support the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 compliance. You will maintain quality records, assist with audits and CAPA, and help prepare reports using Epicor, Excel, Word, and Access.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in admin/quality support; proficiency in MS Office; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and adaptability to a manufacturing environment.

Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Assistant for our Fibrebond team based at our manufacturing campus in Minden, LA.The Quality Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Quality team, with a focus on maintaining quality records, supporting ISO 9001 compliance, and assisting with audits, documentation, and reporting.
