Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Quality and Inventory Specialist for weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 5:00am–5:30pm to assist with weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality checks across the warehouse. You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure proper staffing and timely completion of audits.

The role requires strong audit skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory quality control and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory and audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate necessary resources.
• Directs work of personnel assigned to quality audits and inventory counts; provides analysis of results.
• Tracks and records audit results in spreadsheets; communicates findings to supervisors.
• Identify trends or issues requiring corrective action and collaborate on solutions.

Description

Essential Job Functions

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily -- so that supervisors can assign necessary product, equipment, and human resources needed to complete schedule.
• Directs the work of any personnel assigned to the quality audits and/or inventory counts by the Warehouse Supervisors Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents the results in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Interacts with supervisors and leads to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action.
• Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 5 or more years of related work experience.
• 5 or more years of industry related experience preferred.
