Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Quality Oversight professional to provide governance for Quality and Accreditation across designated care locations outside the Northside Atlanta campus. You will support the Director and Vice President of Quality on organization-wide initiatives and goals.

The role requires a BSN or related field, and a minimum of three years in quality improvement with Joint Commission coordination, plus three years in data analysis and reporting. Work hours are 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or health care related field is required.
• At least 3 years in quality improvement or Joint Commission coordination in hospital or ambulatory settings.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and report writing.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health care related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years combined experience in health care field in: Quality Improvement or Joint commission coordination, in hospital or ambulatory settings.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis and report writing.

PREFERRED

• Master of Science degree
• Supervisory experience
• Training as team leader and facilitator
• Certification in Health Care Quality.
• Provides clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgement, self-direction and motivation.
• Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses.
• Make presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues.
• Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project.
