Job summary

HOMESHIELD PEST CONTROL INCORPORATED in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Quality Analyst/Trainer to develop SOPs, audit processes, and monitor agent performance. You will implement a quality management system, deliver performance insights to leadership, and support MO/MB objectives while driving customer service excellence.

You will train new agents on compliance, best practices, and service standards, fostering a culture of quality and accountability across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operations within a customer service or sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOP development, auditing, and KPI monitoring.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs to support compliance, audit readiness, and customer service excellence.
• Design and implement a QA system ensuring adherence to SOPs across departments.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance against KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Track trends in agent behavior to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and data presentations to leadership.
• Audit contracts from inside sales and customer service teams for accuracy and compliance.
• Review escalated calls and provide actionable feedback to improve service quality.
• Troubleshoot system issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Train and support new agents in compliance and service standards.
