Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Quality Analyst II to uphold the quality system across referral management, call center, and fulfillment operations.

You will monitor compliance with policies and regulations, analyze quality metrics, and drive improvements to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a scientific degree, 2+ years in quality and biotech environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle investigations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related experience.
• 2+ years in a quality-related field.
• 2+ years in biotechnology industry.
• Experience in quality, preferably investigations.
• Quality/compliance management skills and knowledge of regulations.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong numerical understanding and data analysis capabilities.
• Fully bilingual.
• Strong teamwork and time management.
• Experience in parenteral and biotech plants preferred.
• Availability for extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Provide quality controls to referral management, call center, and fulfillment operations.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Evaluate, analyze, and trend quality indicators and prepare reports.
• Manage QA lists, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct investigations and resolve variances, incidents, and issues.
• Develop and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Prepare ad hoc quality and other reports as requested.
• Conduct internal audits of business functions and support external audits.
