Job summary

Integrity, LLC is seeking a QA Analyst II to collaborate with IT, QA, PM, BAs, and Operations to identify testing needs. You will develop, execute test plans, and run automation scripts across Windows, UNIX, and portal environments, ensuring traceability to requirements.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining test cases, coordinating with UAT and clients on defects, metrics, and escalations, and following established QA methodologies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree acceptable; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of QA testing experience required
  • Insurance background preferred
  • Experience creating test documentation including plans, cases, and scripts
  • Experience with defect tracking tools, reports and metrics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and SQL Server; ability to write T-SQL SELECT queries
  • Web languages basics: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Understanding of APIs and basic API test tools such as Postman and SoapUI
  • Ability to adapt to different people and tasks
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Facilitation experience preferred

Job description

Interface with various members of IT, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Business Analysts and Operations as well as vendors and clients to identify testing needs of the organization. The Quality Assurance Analyst II will work with the QA Team on a per project basis to develop, execute test plans and run automation test scripts.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft SQL Server skills, ability to write T-SQL SELECT Queries easily and quickly; Web languages skills, basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Understanding of API’s and how to use basic API Test tools such as POSTMAN and SoapUI
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of people and tasks
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual and dependable
  • Facilitation experience preferred
