Pace Analytical Services is seeking a quality analyst to oversee and improve quality programs and practices. You will guide staff, interpret policy, and manage data related to testing and equipment to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualification includes a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus the ability to present findings to management and contribute to cross-functional projects within a lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, operations, or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of quality principles, policies and procedures.
• Ability to interpret quality data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review standard quality forms, documents, and databases.
• Provide guidance on quality policies and procedures to staff and leaders.
• Resolve quality questions and coordinate resources for responses.
• Analyze operations and present results and recommendations to management.
• Ensure accuracy of tests, equipment, and databases through audits and reviews.
