Job summary

Pace Analytical in Kentucky is seeking a Quality Analyst I to join our on-site team. You will oversee quality policies, programs, and practices, providing guidance to staff and management while applying standard testing tools and calibration methods in our lab and office settings.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in chemistry, operations, or related field, and offers a starting pay of $16 per hour with regular M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM hours and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, operations, or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing or reviewing, completing and processing various types of standard quality forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
• Provides fundamental analysis, interpretation and counsel to staff, management, and functional leaders regarding quality policies, programs and practices.
• Provides standard research, feedback and decisions to resolve management and employee questions and requirements.
• Analyzes and reviews operations, results, feedback and related quality information to determine trends and presents results and recommendations to management.
• Ensures accuracy of tests, equipment, actions, procedures and databases; works with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assists with developing or participating in quality projects, budgets, timelines, and resources.
