• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience with complaint handling, product returns, or medical devices is highly preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Are you a detail-oriented quality professional who enjoys investigating product issues and seeing things through to resolution?

We’re partnering with an innovative medical device company seeking a Quality Analyst to support complaint investigations and product evaluations. This is a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to join the company permanently and access an excellent benefits package, including equity.

You’ll join a collaborative, growing team and play an important role in investigating product issues, documenting findings, and helping ensure complaints are followed through to closure.
