Job summary

Plastipak Productivity Center - Jackson Center, OH is seeking a Quality Analyst to help ensure the highest quality of our rigid plastic containers. You will work with R&D, customers, and manufacturing to evaluate, validate and launch products and equipment.

You will verify requirements, monitor material and product quality, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven methods, audits, and standardized inspection programs across sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field OR 3+ years in product development or QA environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma tools and SPC/Analytics experience (MiniTab preferred).
  • Experience with automated quality inspection systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Willingness to travel about 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Assure customer satisfaction by verifying requirements are met and identifying improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional Product Development teams to transfer knowledge to production.
  • Use statistical tools to measure conformance and validate processes.
  • Drive process control and variability reduction across sites.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ISO/food safety efforts.
  • Develop and reinforce inspection and sampling procedures with Quality Technicians.
  • Audit and maintain ISO standards and food safety certification.

## Quality AnalystApplylocations: Plastipak Productivity Center - Jackson Center, OHtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: REQ24023As the Quality Analyst for our R&D facility, you help ensure the highest quality products (rigid plastic containers) are developed and produced.
