STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Quality Administrator to support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, supplier quality activities, and special process management. The role includes FAI administration, internal audits, qualification testing, and QMS support, with backup coverage for critical quality tasks.

The candidate will use Discus to create First Article/IMS shells, perform part Identification/Classification, and assist in documentation control and stamp registrar duties as

Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience: two year college or university program certificate; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Discus Program to create First Article and IMS shells as part of the Contract Review Process, including flex, metal, and other assemblies.
  • Supplier FAIR review and archival of documents.
  • Technical Compliance Administrator duties include Part Identification/Classification, Export Classification.
  • Facilitate, schedule and review LCS testing.
  • Perform internal audits using documented checklists on schedule.
  • Backup for Document Control: manage customer, industry and internal documentation revision levels within QMS.
  • Backup for Stamp Control Champion: release, rescind and maintain the certified employee ink stamp registrar.

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Quality Administrator to join the team.This position supports quality assurance, technical compliance, supplier quality activities, and special process management to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. This role serves as a key resource for First Article Inspection (FAI) administration, internal auditing, qualification testing, and quality system support while providing backup coverage for critical quality administration functions.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with reasonable accommodation when necessary.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Utilize the Discus Program to create First Article and IMS shells as part of the Contract Review Process, including but not limited to, the flex, metal, rigid top line assemblies and sub-components.
  • Supplier FAIR review and archival of documents associated.
  • Duties to be performed as Technical Compliance Administrator include (but not limited to: Part Identification/Classification, Export Classification).
  • Facilitate, schedule and review LCS testing
  • Perform internal audits utilizing documented check list per the identified schedule.
  • As backup for Document Control Manage Customer, Industry and internally controlled documentation revision levels within QMS
  • As a backup for the Stamp Control Champion, release, rescind and maintain the certified employee ink stamp registrar.
  • Consistently, regularly, and dependably at work and on time.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Two year college or university program certificate; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred but not required.
