What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Centralize and manage all accreditation, licensing, and certification programs
- Maintain a master calendar and tracking system for timely renewals and deadlines
- Handle the application process for scope expansions, ensuring accurate submissions
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements applicable to the organization
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management system (QMS) documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, healthcare, or quality management preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a quality, regulatory, or administrative support role, preferably in a laboratory setting
- Familiarity with laboratory accreditation and regulatory bodies is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with document control systems
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
