Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous survey readiness by managing regulatory compliance.
• Conduct tracers and ensure adherence to TJC and CMS standards.
• Support organization-wide performance improvement and peer review activities.
• Align with PI Plan, Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and OPPE/FPPE policy.
