Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life science or health professions with at least three years of related experience.
  • Background checks: criminal history review, child abuse clearance and FBI fingerprinting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team meetings, focus groups, and qualitative interviews.
  • Support scheduling and logistical coordination of research activities.
  • Assist in the dissemination of research communications and educational content.
  • Prepare and submit IRB applications and maintain IRB records.
  • Maintain REDCap databases to support data collection and study organization.
  • Recruit participants for focus groups and qualitative interviews.
  • Transcribe focus group and qualitative interview recordings.
  • Code qualitative data from transcripts and sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
