Pathways to Life, Inc. seeks an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional (IIH-QP) for a part-time, per diem role in Smithfield and Selma, NC.
You will provide in-home therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17) and their families, with a flexible schedule and 2–6 hours per week per family. You will manage a variable caseload of 8–12 families, complete documentation within 24–48 hours, participate in supervision, respond to crises, and coordinate with schools and other providers.

Provide Intensive In-Home (IIH) services to children and adolescents (ages 5–17) and their families on a part-time, per diem basis. Deliver 2–6 hours of weekly in-home therapy per family as clinically needed. Maintain a variable caseload of up to 8–12 families, depending on service demand and assignment. Focus on reducing crisis events, improving family functioning, and preventing higher levels of care (hospitalization or placement).
Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) criteria:
