Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional (IIH-QP) in Smithfield, NC / Selma, NC.

This field-based role requires local travel and offers part-time, per diem scheduling to support children and adolescents aged 5–17 and their families. You will provide in-home therapy 2–6 hours weekly per family, manage a variable caseload of 8–12 families, and focus on reducing crises, improving family functioning, and preventing higher levels of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with 2+ years experience in youth services.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 4+ years experience with children/adolescents.
• Master’s degree in Human Services with 1 year experience in youth services.
• Master’s degree in any field with 2+ years experience in youth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy and behavioral interventions as scheduled.
• Deliver psychoeducation to caregivers and youth.
• Maintain a flexible caseload of up to 8–12 active families.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24–48 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in weekly supervision (1 hour) and required team meetings as scheduled.
• Respond to crisis situations (phone and in-person as clinically indicated).
• Coordinate care with schools, DSS, juvenile justice, and outpatient providers.
• Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans with 30-day measurable goals.
• Track progress and adjust interventions based on client outcomes.
