Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Community Support Team (CST) and deliver direct and indirect services to adults with mental health needs in North Carolina.

You will develop person-centered plans, provide counseling, and help with housing, vocational goals, and basic needs while documenting services and collaborating with the team in a supportive environment that values growth and compassion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of mental health experience.
• Non-human services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.
• Ability to provide direct and indirect services to adults with mental health needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor person-centered plans for adults with mental health needs.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis management when needed.
