Job summary

Childbase Partnership in Oxfordshire is hiring a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join our team at Garsington Road Day Nursery. This permanent role offers 18-40 hours per week, with shifts 07:00–18:30, and a pro-rata salary of £27,040–£33,737.60 per year plus a £2,000 welcome bonus.

You will be a qualified early years professional with EYFS knowledge, planning engaging activities, observing and recording children's progress, and safeguarding every child.

Qualifications

• You hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above.
• Knowledge of EYFS to promote learning through play.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress as a Key Person.
• Safeguard and support every child’s well-being and development.
