This full-time, salaried role supports recovery-oriented care across mental health, ID, and substance use services.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a Human Service field, QMHP-C/A, and at least one year of relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field.
• One year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse or who are dually.
• QMHP-C or QMHP-A Required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV.

• Provide consumer assessments and determine initial services for priority populations.
• Schedule services for recipients.
• Linkage and referrals to other service providers.
