Responsibilities:

• Provides services to residents as directed by the resident care plan, including ADLs.
• Dispenses, administers, monitors, and documents medications and treatments as prescribed by treating physicians and in accordance with scope of practice and company policy.
• Reports on the condition of residents to the Wellness team.
• Documents assistance provided to residents in electronic health records.
• Responds to call lights promptly.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
