How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Duties include documenting medication administration, observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions, assisting with daily living activities as needed, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations. The QMA also helps maintain a clean and organized medication cart and supports the overall healthcare team in delivering quality resident care.
