Job summary

Paycom currently seeks a Part Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide compassionate, individualized care at Heritage Woods of Noblesville in Noblesville, IN. You will follow each resident’s care plan, communicate health changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families to foster a positive experience.

The ideal candidate holds Indiana QMA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrates exceptional communication and empathy.

• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plan.

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Noblesville - Noblesville, IN 46060, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.50 - $19.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
