Reflections Retirement Community in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Part Time QMA to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. You will report health status changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and families in a compassionate, dignified manner.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
