Wage Range: $26-$28.50/hour, including shift differentials

Responsibilities include: Document medication administration, observe and report residents' condition changes, assist with daily activities, maintain medication cart, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality care.

Schedule:

• 6:30pm - 7am Friday/Saturday/Sunday
• 6:30pm - 10:30pm Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Requirements:

• Active QMA certification
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
