About the Role

We are seeking dedicated QMA professionals to provide medication administration, daily care, and support for our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and documenting medications as ordered by physicians
  • Performing treatments for minor skin conditions
  • Maintaining medication carts and documentation in accordance with policies
  • Providing catheter care and other assigned duties
  • Ensuring resident confidentiality and safety
Qualifications
  • Certified by the Indiana State Department of Health as a CNA in good standing
  • Completed a state-approved medication administration training program with current QMA certification
  • High school diploma or GED
