What You'll Do

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and according to professional standards of medication administration.
• May supervise CNAs as directed.

We’re seeking an organized and compassionate QMA, someone with a caring spirit built around teamwork and respect. Above all, you should love fostering strong relationships with residents and have a heart for senior care.

• 1-3 years’ experience working with direct patient care as a CNA or QMA in a long-term care facility.
• Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
• Skilled at handling multiple tasks and making quick decisions.
• Capable of fostering good resident and family relationships.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
