Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional and individualized care as per each resident’s care plan
  • Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
  • Connect with residents and family members compassionately, creating lasting positive experiences
  • Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other educational activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information according to regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
