Job summary

Park Place Senior Living in Winghaven, MO, is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to administer resident medications, monitor health, and support daily care. You will work on-site with a team to ensure safe, compassionate care for residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care while supervising CNAs as directed. Missouri licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Missouri as a Medication Aide and maintain current licensure.
• Experience providing resident care and administering medications per physicians orders.
• Ability to monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document care.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and licensed standards.
• Supervise CNAs as directed and support daily care routines.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and personal care.
• Monitor vitals and weight, record intake and output, and ensure resident stability.

**Eligibility based on location

• You will be responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed
• Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths
• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
• Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in Missouri as a Medication Aide, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
