Robin Run Village in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on a campus offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. You will administer medications, maintain accurate records, keep the medication room organized, and uphold safety.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, with 1–2 months of experience preferred.

A Day in the Life of a Robin Run QMA

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you are a vital link in our residents' health and happiness. Your day will include:

• Medication Management: Safely administering medications and supervising residents who self-administer.

• Accurate Records: Maintaining timely and precise daily records in accordance with company policy.

• Safety & Organization: Keeping the medicine supply room pristine and organized.

• Accountability: Completing accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances, to ensure resident safety.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Certification: Valid Indiana QMA certification (current and in good standing).

• Experience: 1–2 months of related clinical experience is preferred, but a passion for senior care is a must!
