Job summary

The-Wyndmoor-of-Marion in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide compassionate elder care. You will administer meds, monitor vitals, assist with ADLs, and support residents and their families.

A successful candidate is QMA-certified with clean registry, team-oriented, and able to respond quickly in a long-term care setting. Experience in a similar facility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
