Job summary

The Bair Foundation in Ohio is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist to support individuals and families facing mental health challenges. You will provide direct, community-based services that help clients build stability, develop coping skills, and improve overall well-being while meeting clients where they are.

This role involves travel to Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull County, a salary of 44k–45k, and a collaborative, client-centered team.

Qualifications

• Experience in community-based mental health or behavioral health services.
• Familiarity with treatment planning (ISP/ITP/CCP) and service coordination.
• Ability to engage clients in home and community environments.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a treatment team.

As a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist, you play a key role in supporting individuals and families navigating mental health challenges. You will provide direct, community-based services that help clients build stability, develop coping skills, and improve overall well-being.

Through consistent support, relationship-building, and therapeutic guidance, you'll meet clients where they are, helping them make meaningful progress in their daily lives while working toward long-term stability.

Work Location: Community-based with travel to Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull County

SALARY- 44k-45k
